The Elk County Council on the Arts is a non-profit sales gallery located in beautiful downtown Ridgway Pennsylvania. We offer a wide variety of affordable items from 50+ local artisans. These items include one of a kind jewelry, pottery, photography, mixed media, painting, wood-turning and much more.
ECCOTA is a Pennsylvania Council on the Arts partner. Through our partnership with the PCA we are able to bring the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts grant program and Arts in Education residencies to our region. We also offer the annual Poetry Out Loud competition to local schools. These programs offer opportunities to engage the public in art, and bring public funds back into this generally under-served area.

Join us for Harvest Daze in beautiful downtown Ridgway on October 19th, 2024!
Spend the day enjoying live music, food trucks, local wineries and breweries, activities for kids, a variety of vendors, and specials at downtown restaurants and businesses. It'll be a great day to celebrate fall in Ridgway, PA!
We are welcoming artisan and crafts vendors, non-profit and school groups, wineries and breweries, local businesses and much more.
All proceeds will benefit Ridgway Parks Revitalization Program!
Build an owl with ceramic artist Lisa Conklin Conn of Conklin Pottery Studio on September 21st.
Using a slab-building technique, participants will make their own ~8" owl with clay. Owls can be adorned with fall and Halloween-themed appliques and colorful glazing of your choice.
Lisa will take the owls with her for kiln firing, and you'll pick up the finished owls a few weeks later at the ECCOTA Gallery.
Ages 12+. $45 per person.

"Celebrating Ridgway" watercolor kits have arrived!
We are extremely excited about this special partnership with Julie Mader (Artwork by Julie Mader LLC) to celebrate Ridgway's Bicentennial! Each kit features two iconic Ridgway symbols: the Battle of the Barrel and the Lily of the Valley. You will receive both designs printed on 8X10 watercolor paper, along with all the paint needed, brushes, examples, and even a QR code with hints and help put together by Julie herself.
Bicentennial watercolor kits are only available here at the ECCOTA gallery. Get them while supplies last!
