Richard Carson

Photography
Caddo, OK

An “expatriate” native of Ridgway, Pennsylvania, Dick and his wife, Olivia, now live in Caddo, Oklahoma where they own and operate GlenMar Ranch. After graduation from Ridgway High School, Dick attended the United States Air Force Academy and, after graduation, served 22 years on active duty, primarily as a C-141 Starlifter pilot. The transition from flying to agriculture gave Dick a greater appreciation for the outdoors and nature’s beauty. Armed with a Nikon D60 he set out to record nature’s offerings. His primary subject is wildflowers, but his work includes landscapes, skyscapes and fauna.
