Lisa is a clay artist and constructs from slabs of stoneware or porcelain that are sculpted by hand. She took ceramics in high school but did not pursue the craft until several years later. She has a few classes under her belt from local artists, workshops and folk schools. She also has a home studio in the northwest Pennsylvania region of the Alleghany national forest: it is a beautiful backdrop for creating. Lisa’s love of animals and nature inspires her sculptures for garden and home.
