A native of Ridgway, Tom began his art career by attending the Art Institute in Pittsburgh. Upon graduating, he moved around a lot and finally settled in Kissimmee Florida where he painted numerous murals. Tom has since returned to Ridgway area and continued to paint. He completed many murals throughout Elk County before passing in 2021.
