Susan’s enjoyment comes from designing and making jewelry. She has been interested in jewelry-making for many years, but as a middle school teacher here in Ridgway, she developed a new love for it which she shared with her students. When the middle school started a clubs program, Susan started the Middle School Beading Club. With the initial help of Lori Elias, who came into the classroom to show students and Susan some basic beading techniques, the club was off and running! It was very popular among the middle school girls and the rewards were amazing!
