Richard Horner

Mixed Media
Rimersburg, PA

Richard is from Rimersburg Pennsylvania and has been working with wood since he graduated from Union High School in 1979. Over the next 20 years, he grew in his knowledge and passion for wood working and soon had mastered every machine in the shop at his furniture job. After a 12-year hiatus from carpentry, Richard bought a small lathe to revive his wood-working passions. After a rather hefty investment and time, he was set to create his first pen. Little did he know this would become an addicting hobby, that would help him get through some tough times ahead.
