Augustine Oglesby has been writing poetry and short stories since her early teens. She has always had an interest in creative writing, and explored this subject with mostly observational writing. She also attended Edinboro State College (now University) for a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture, and a minor in drawing/design.

Augustine is a self-published literary artist and has printed: Adventures with Zella, Baptisms of Fire, A Hand on My Shoulder, A Quiet Life, and Stitches.
