Cheryl Oknefski

Jewelry/Accessories
Ridgway, PA

Cheryl Oknefski, the owner of Peaces of Me, brings the peace she has in her life from her Yoga, Reiki, Organic Farming, and living in the Allegheny National Forest, and puts this energy into her art. She has been creative since she was a child; Cheryl would spend care-free days learning from her grandma, sister, and wonderful school teachers. She was born in Ridgway, PA but moved away at the age of 20 and lived in many different places in the U.S. and Germany.  Her favorite mediums are knitting (mainly with specialty yarns), chainsaw carving, jewelry crafting from roughly tumbled gems and/or found items, and tie-dying. Cheryl also sews, paints on canvas, makes dream catchers, and undergoes many other crafty endeavors.
