Mike Orshal

Glass
Kersey, PA

Michael Orshal has just recently become involved in the production of copper foil stained glass. He started by taking a course in Ripley, WV in 2010. His teacher, Dave Hauser, was amazed when Michael chose a very difficult pattern for his first piece and completed it with extreme skill and craftsmanship. He is a natural glass worker. Mike's eye for detail guides him to making very skillfully rendered glass works. While living near New Bethlehem, PA, Mike created many raised flower beds on what his landlord called "Rocky Top". So it's only natural that he works daily, outside of Kersey, with his partner at Flower Ridge Studio on the many flower beds.
