Born in Altoona, PA and a resident of Saint Marys, PA until his passing in 2024. Pete held degrees in Fine Art from Mount Aloysius College and in Art Education from Mercyhurst College.

He taught fine art at Elk County Catholic High School for forty-two years and had sixteen one-man shows. Pete specialized in watercolor medium and focused primarily on color, design, and abstract forms within his work.
